Working With Actors

If you are considering working with actors, let's talk now ...

There are several effective ways of working with actors – and some treacherous pitfalls.

Good ways include: actors performing a pre-written script that addresses a particular management or communication skills topic; or actors briefed to interact with each other, directed by a facilitator – and even by the participants.

It's important to avoid the pitfalls of scaring an audience by – amongst other crimes - going too fast, leaving them dangling emotionally or picking on people.

We always:

  • Brief actors to interact sensitively with participants
  • Facilitate the sessions to ensure fair play
  • Keep the focus on the desired outcomes
  • Help you select the most appropriate format for your specific needs
  • Find you the right facilitator and right performers for your organisation
