I took Paul Jackson Associates’ Adapt.Improvise.Grow demo and found it to be a unique and practical experience. Unlike standard professional development workshops, Paul’s actively immersed us in real-time problem-solving through improv — not just as a fun exercise, but as a tangible way to hone one’s adaptability, collaboration, and creative thinking.

The improv activities push you to pivot quickly, get comfortable with mistakes, and communicate effectively under pressure. This approach increased my awareness of my impulses, judgments, and moments of discomfort. With more practice, the lessons that I learned from these improv activities will give me the resources to choose different and, perhaps, more constructive responses. It is a powerful way to train resilience and spontaneity — qualities that are invaluable in professional settings.

If you’re looking for a fresh and engaging way to strengthen your adaptability and communication, I highly recommend this experience.
