LIFEPASS
LIFEPASS is Paul Z Jackson’s practical framework for working with uncertainty. It shows leaders, teams and facilitators how to respond when plans change, people make unexpected offers and the next step is unclear. The eight concepts help people listen, adapt, build with others and progress with practical steps.
A practical model for working with uncertainty
Plans matter. They also change. LIFEPASS helps people work with that reality, rather than pretending everything can be scripted in advance.
We use the framework in workshops, keynotes, facilitation design and leadership programmes. Apply it when people need to:
respond better under pressure
collaborate across teams
lead through uncertainty
work with complexity
build confidence and presence
