Brief history in time: Half Welsh, half Honduran, I grew up a nomad moving countries, particularly around Latin America. I spent almost a decade working on cruise ships whilst also writing and making films. I’m now dedicating myself fully to the latter and other business ventures.
Hobbies? Calisthenics, yoga, martial arts, reading, film/TV, music, walking with no particular destination, spending time with friends, dancing, travelling.
How would you describe yourself in 3 words? Different, loving, explorer.
What was your most important life lesson so far? You can learn to control your mind and therefore your entire reality.
If you had 3 wishes, what would the 4th one have been? (what nearly made the cut but didn’t?) The ability to fly.
What’s your current favourite joke? Did you know diarrhoea is hereditary? It runs in your jeans.
What’s the meaning of existance? (in 3 words or less) Love, happiness, fulfilment.
Favourite sound? My own laughter—because it means I’m laughing, not because I’m a narcissist!
Can you juggle? For like 2 seconds.
Why do you do improv? Liberate and express my true self, create stories, laughter and joy.
