WORKSHOP

Creativity and Innovation

Creativity is not simply about generating ideas. It is about noticing possibilities, challenging familiar patterns and turning promising thinking into useful action. We help individuals, teams and organisations understand how creativity works and apply it to practical innovation.

Seeing creativity as an everyday process
Working productively with complexity

How the sessions work

Sessions can range from a half-day introduction to a wider programme of training, consultancy and coaching.

Participants experience a lively mix of presentations, discussion, demonstrations, practical activities and planning. A short pre-session prompt can begin the thinking in advance, while our facilitators guide the group through the complexities of creativity and innovation using practical methods, current thinking and an extensive resource library.
